Energy Lease Analyst

Based in Texas, Sean has been providing land management services to energy companies for more than a decade. He began his career path as a title abstractor, providing mineral ownership reports for the oil and gas industry, before transitioning to land acquisition and land management. Sean most recently served as a renewable energy contract consultant for New Leaf Energy, formerly Borrego Solar, where he spent five years successfully negotiating large scale solar and community solar and wind lease agreements nationwide. As an Energy Lease Analyst with Planet Reimagined, Sean utilizes his vast knowledge of the oil and gas industry combined with his clean energy experience to help facilitate the transition from dirty fossil fuel emissions to sustainable clean energy though co-location efforts on government lands already leased for hydrocarbon production, with a goal of enabling expedited carbon neutrality by 2050.
