Leel Dias

Reserch Intern

Leel is an undergraduate at Columbia University studying environmental science. At Columbia, Leel works for the Climate School's Environmental Justice Network and works in the Schaefer Cosmo Lab at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory. Leel also leads Columbia's Hub of the Sunrise Movement, a youth-led movement fighting to stop the climate crisis. Leel enjoys playing cello, spending time in nature, and going on long runs (also in nature!).
