Through co-location - the mixed use of one unit of land for multiple productive purposes - the Common Grounds team is working to encourage land-sharing between existing fossil fuel lease lands and clean energy projects in order to increase the number of renewable energy projects on public lands, revitalize energy communities through reinvestment, and reduce energy related emissions.
